World Aids Day – Moving To Zero HIV Cases

We invite you on 30th November at statute circle to celebrate “World Aids Day” in association with Positive Women Network of Rajasthan (formerly known as Aashray Care Home) with the 50 HIV Positive ladies and their Positive Kids.

World AIDS Day, 1 December is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV and AIDS. It’s up to you, me and us to stop the spread of HIV and end prejudice. World AIDS Day is significant in reminding people that HIV has not gone away, and there are many efforts required in this regard.

We will have a talk show with these women regarding the problem they face in their day to day life and based on that we will draft a Demand Charter to hand over to Government officials. We will also distribute gifts to the kids suffering from HIV as a testament to their strength, grit and determination. We intend to honour their fight against the odds.

Afterwards, we will form a human chain, as a mark of equality and togetherness. To show that we all are similar and that we are all looking out for each other. We will also light candles for the ray of hope in their lives and their hearts.
